- YIELD diagnostic tool: any business information you enter is stored locally in your browser only. We do not receive this data unless you explicitly choose to share your results.

- Microsoft (Clarity session recording, Azure/Power Automate) — anonymised session data and form processing.
We do not sell your information to third parties.

- This website is served over HTTPS, meaning all data in transit is encrypted.
- Access to your personal information is restricted to authorised TiOLi and Sondela staff.
- Analytics data is anonymised and aggregated — it does not identify you personally.
