Structured walkthrough of the YIELD framework: Youth Investment, Employability & Labour Development. We cover the South African skills incentive landscape, including Section 12H deductions, Employment Tax Incentive (ETI), Skills Development Levy (SDL) recovery, and B-BBEE skills development element scoring. Interactive exercises using your own company data.

Hands-on session using the YIELD Diagnostic Tool. We input your company data (payroll, headcount, B-BBEE level, current learnerships) and generate a personalised incentive model. You will see exactly what you qualify for, what you are currently missing, and what the financial return would be from a structured skills development programme.

Wrap-up by 3:00 PM. You take away your personalised YIELD Diagnostic Report, a clear understanding of your incentive eligibility, and a recommended pathway (DISCOVER, DEPLOY, or DESIGN). No commitment required. The report is yours regardless of whether you continue with TiOLi or Sondela.
