How to Add Your School Logo

Five simple steps to co-brand any resource with your school's identity.

Download the editable PDF

Download the editable PDF version of the resource you want to co-brand from the relevant subject page.

Open in Adobe Acrobat Reader or Preview

Open the file in Adobe Acrobat Reader (free, Windows/Mac) or Preview (Mac). Both support editable PDF fields.

Click the "School Logo" placeholder area

Look for the clearly marked placeholder box labelled "School Logo" — it will be in the header or footer area of the resource.

Insert your school's logo image

Insert your school's logo image (PNG or JPG format). The placeholder will resize your logo to fit the designated area.

Save and print

Save the co-branded file and print it yourself, or send it to your school's print shop for professional output.

All editable PDF templates include a clearly marked placeholder box for your school logo. The box is sized for standard school logos (approximately 40mm x 40mm).

Printing Guide

Print Specifications

Recommended settings for the best results when printing co-branded resources.

Posters (A1)

Recommend 170gsm gloss or matt paper. Use a professional print shop for best results at this size.

Posters (A2)

Can be printed on a standard office printer with A3 capability. Standard paper weight is fine.

Reference Cards (A5)

Print double-sided, flip on short edge. Laminate for durability — these are designed to be kept on desks or pinned up.

Lesson Plans / Worksheets

Standard A4, 80gsm paper. Black and white printing is acceptable — all resources are designed to work in greyscale.

Schools MAY

  • Share with colleagues at the same school
  • Display in school environments

Schools MAY NOT

  • Remove Sondela or TiOLi branding
  • Sell or charge for resources
  • Alter curriculum alignment statements
  • Redistribute digitally outside the school
